“ This restaurant has a beautiful traditional Italian ambiance. I went there with my family. Unfortunately, they don't have a high chair for children, but they were very welcoming to my child. The food was very delicious; we ordered the pizza and pasta. ”

“ Best seafood pasta I have had in a long time.. Nostra Restaurant Stirling. Their meny have a wide variety of food, especially pasta. Therefore I had to go for the pasta. The prices are good based on the amount of food you get. Unfortunately the food took way too long time to be prepared. I think I waited up to 45 minutes, but it was good. The pasta had mussels, calimari, prawns and lobster in it. Good amount of seafood and well cooked too. The tomato sauce was rich in flavor. I also had some homemade garlic bread for it, which was delicious. It took way to long time to get the food. 8/10. ”

“ Amazing dishes; pasta, pizza, soup, all delicious. The deserts were phenomenal. It was a meal that lived up to the fancy Italien aesthetic. The Tagliatelle Con Salmone, Pizza Capricciosa, Tiramisu, and Cheesecake are all dishes I would recommend from my experience. The risotto is the only dish that was described as not so phenomenal by another from my group. The atmosphere, dishes, and service all created an amazing meal, which I would recommend to anyone looking for a fancy/classy meal. ”

“ Charming restaurant. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent my wife and I dined here two nights in a row while on a mini break to Stirling. Highly recommend this restaurant just fab. Seafood was excellent as was the steaks. Ice cream if you can manage a dessert after your main course is a must so delicious. ”

“ We’ve been here at least two previous times. It’s what I always think of as an American Italian style restaurant. Neatly set places with red tablecloths, partially lit by tall flickering candles in wine bottles as Frank Sinatra and other crooners play in the background. It’s a great atmosphere. We had a reservation and were shown straight to our table. There were three of us. Initial drinks were a beer and the house red wine - an Italian. Starters were two of the stuffed peppers, filled with rice and chorizo which were juicy and delicious and a prawn and salmon salad, which I was assured was equally so. Mains were a Rossini steak, a margarita pizza and the Apollo Italia Nostra - chicken breast stuffed with cheese and served with salad and a light masala sauce. This last item was a little dry but that is the nature of chicken breast and mitigated by the sauce anyway. The other two dishes were delicious. We rounded off the meal with two liqueur coffees. It was one of the best Irish coffees I had tasted in a long time, having tried several poor efforts in other venues lately. The service was excellent with the friendly staff being helpful and attentive. Price-wise, this is an expensive dining experience - at least for us - the bill amounting to 188. We thought it was worth it as a special occasion and I will leave it to your own judgement whether this is dear or not. We will be coming back, no doubt for our next special occasion in Stirling. A recommended restaurant. ”

“ We were seated fairly quickly even though the place was packed. Loved the simple, traditional decor, furniture and tableware. The food was outstanding. We had the grilled sirloin steak, and the tagliatelle with salmon. Both dishes were very flavourful but the steak was the best I've had on this holiday. The house white went perfectly with the salmon and portion sizes were filling. Loved the Menanbrea beer - a smooth, light lager that they serve by the pint. I would definitely go back and 100% recommend. ”
